Your details, plainly.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. That means the contact form, the speaking form, an event signup form, and the newsletter signup. There is no account to create and no login.

Each submission also stores the time it arrived and basic technical details about the request, which exist to stop spam and abuse.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, to follow up after an event, to run the campus coach program, and to send AI For You if you asked for it. That is the whole list.

One exception worth stating plainly. If you sign up for the Oracle Database PM University campus coach program, your details go to Oracle so a sponsor can be matched with you and reach out. That form is the only place anything you submit on this site leaves me.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. I do not run ad tracking on this site.

Who else touches it

The site runs on my own server. The newsletter is sent through an email provider, and email itself goes through Google, so those companies handle your address in order to deliver the message. Nobody else gets your details.

How long I keep it

Inquiries and messages stay as long as they are useful for the conversation we are having. Campus coach signups stay while the program and the follow-up are active. Newsletter subscribers stay until you unsubscribe, and every issue has an unsubscribe link.

Getting it deleted

Email [email protected] and ask me to delete your information. I will, and I will confirm when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what I have.

Under 18

Some of my talks are at high schools. If you are under 18 and would rather I did not keep your details, email me and I will remove them.
