About
I’ve spent 20+ years inside the rooms where enterprise AI gets built, debated, and shipped. I started as an electrical engineer at the Department of Defense at the age of 16, worked my way through Accenture and Southern Company as a Database Administrator, and landed at Oracle in 2007, where I stayed because the problems kept getting more interesting.
Most of my career has been about the space between what technology can do and what people understand it to mean for their everyday lives and work. I built Oracle LiveLabs as a love letter to customers, to give them access to powerful technology in the least frictionless way possible. I started AI For You on LinkedIn because I kept having the same conversation with smart women in corporate who were anxious about AI.
I’m an executive, a servant leader (who rolls her sleeves up with her team), a teacher and lover of technology, a LinkedIn Top Voice for AI, and I’m your Work Bestie. I’m here to be the person to you, that I needed 20 years ago when I was trying to figure out how to be my authentic self, and couldn’t find anyone like me.
Two things can be true at the same time. I’m equally left and right brained. I’m also a retired hip hop dance instructor (yes, really), a proud momma of two grown sons, a lover of fashion, and I’m the woman who already has the next trip on the calendar. I work hard and I play hard.
