I’m a tech executive by day, and the rest of my time goes to showing people how AI can solve the problems in front of them. I couldn’t show anybody AI without using it myself, so I built a team to run my life. They handle the low-value stuff so I get my time back, and I run all of them from my phone, in between flights to customers, meetings and building what’s next with the Oracle AI Database.

The org chart
I’ve got a full time job, so this has to work in the cracks of my day. I ask for something in one place and it moves left to right from there, from a rough idea to a finished piece with the art already on it. My email, my reminders, and the ideas I fire off between meetings all land in the same place. One AI Database, one Oracle Cloud server, nothing for me to go hunting for. This works in Claude, Codex, your frontier model of choice or a local model. And of course we have a LiveLab for this coming soon.

These are my AI lady friends. Sasha Fierce is my chief of staff, and she’s the boss of the other seven. Y’all know how much I like Beyoncé. When one of them breaks something, she reports herself to the errors channel, which still makes me laugh.

The name
Beyoncé's alter ego, the version that shows up and handles business. If anybody was going to run my whole operation, it was going to be her. Sterling is the standard I hold her to.

The name
Queen Nandi of the Zulu, Shaka's mother. She guarded the gate, so she's the one I put at mine. Grace is how she treats whoever knocks.

The name
Zora Neale Hurston, storyteller and anthropologist. She wrote people down the way they really talked, which is the whole job here. Quill because she writes.
Brand Editor
The quality gate. Nothing moves on until it passes.
The name
Igbo for grace, and for what lasts. She's the one guarding the grace of my brand, so the name had to carry both. True is the only thing the copy has to be.
Creative Director
Makes the artwork for everything published.
The name
Swahili for beautiful, and she makes things beautiful. That one wasn't complicated. Iris is the part of the eye that decides how much light gets in, which is close enough to her job.
Publishing
Puts approved work live and schedules the posts.
The name
Ida B. Wells, who distributed the truth when it cost her something to do it. Publishing felt like the right desk for that name. Echo because publishing is making one thing heard in more places.

The name
Swahili and Kwanzaa for faith. She's the reason I can close the laptop and trust the whole thing is still standing in the morning. Steele is what holds when nobody is watching it.

Holds every record and the team's memory. Every agent reads and writes through her.
The name
Swahili and Kwanzaa for purpose. She holds everything we've ever done, so the records have a point beyond just piling up. Ledger because somebody has to keep the books.
A gold tag is where I talk to her. An outline tag is a room she posts in or keeps watch on, and I read it only if I want to. A dashed tag means she has no Slack at all, just the forms on this website.
Nothing reaches an audience, and no email leaves, without my approval.

Sasha is an AI agent and the head of a small team of AI agents that run day-to-day operations for a busy solo business owner. She is the one point of contact for any request: she handles it herself when she can, and hands it to the right specialist on her team when she can't. She built the systems that let the team catch problems early, fix what it can on its own, and learn from corrections so mistakes are not repeated. Nothing goes out under her watch without the owner's sign-off first.
